Celebrate with us the beginning of the year 2012!
Experience yourself in full body with all your senses in a surrounding like paradise!
Itʼs the map of the 5 rhythms that will be guiding us: On the Palm Beach of Ghanas Coast the earthy rhythm of Flowing will connect us with the qualities of the Mother archetype. The feet will take up the rhythm nourishing the beat in our hips – Staccato the rhythm of our form and structure is born being danced in the flicker of the fire. In the climax of the wave, in Chaos, we let go of head and thinking, the body is moving wild and free like the surf of the ocean. Out of which Lyrical unfolds with grace and ease: Hands connecting with the heart in our very own dance rising. Gently we will be surfing down the wave into Stillness: Breath and form, rest and movement – the outer dance ebbing in the rhythm of our breath the evening sky sprinkeled with stars.
Each day weʼll be exploring one rhythm. Parts of Trager Bodywork, creativ elements like bodypainting, guided mediations and rituals will bring us right into the now in our bodies.

Date: Workshop 1.1.2012 - 6.1.2012 Individual journey - we recommend arriving at the resort at least one day before start of the workshop.
Extension: 7. - 13.1.2012 Individual day tours to the Ankobra River, inland or to little villages, to the elefants, the national park and more. Other possible activities: Diving, surfing, african art or drumming workshop.

LOW BUDGET?
1 simple unornamented doubleroom with clean communal bath facility is available for 8.- EURO per night/person (including vat, tax) in the resort's "workers village"....2-4  bed accomodation are also possible.
